    Reflexology is not a massage – it is a subtle yet effective method of fine-tuning the body by applying pressure to specific reflex points. A reflexologist uses his or her thumb and fingers to rhythmically “walk” over a map of the feet, hands or head. Each point corresponds to a specific part of the body – so by affecting it, we stimulate related organs, glands or systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The treatment lasts about 90 minutes and involves careful work with areas that may have energy stagnation, tension or blockages. At MARIS, the reflexologist approaches each client individually – with attentiveness, gentleness and full interest regarding their needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The treatment requires no special preparation. All you need to do is dress comfortably – so that the reflexologist can work comfortably on the feet (up to the knees), hands (up to the shoulders) or face and head. For head reflexology, no makeup is recommended. Before the treatment, remove jewelry. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
